They come with this very soft and cool rawhide CUSTOM wrench roll. Going by part numbers there is no OEA38, but I am not even sure if they made the 1-3/16 at all since of regular large sizes seem to be accounted for 1-1/16, 1-1/8, 1-1/4, etc. The sizes progress from 3/8 up to 1-7/16. Condition wise, there are no engravings.

VULCAN Williams 17pc USA SAE 3/8 to 1-7/16 Open-End 4-Way Angle Wrench Set. This is a very neat vintage set. Please reference pictures. The model numbers go from OEA12 to OEA46.

Some of the wrenches are a tight fit, and obviously being custom slots not perfect, but its neat because very well protected once in sleeves.
