Pointer points at 0, plastic handle looks practically like new, ft. Vintage 0-50 ft lbs Duro metal products co. Back side of scale has the most wear on whole tool, see picture 4.
Date can not be confirmed. There isn't any rash from rattling around in a tool box and no owner marks looks like it could have set undisturbed on shelf of the time since was new.
By Duro metal products co. Scale is tight with excellent crisp lettering and blue finish, head appears perfect the 3/8 drive bit looks virtually unused.
