Stated again, this ratchet has never been used, but it is broken. I don't believe it can be fixed without swapping out the insides with another older worn one or buying a repair kit. New, but jammed.

If you purchase it and cannot fix open up' thinking there is a quick fix', finding out can't, that's too bad. This ratchet is getting very hard to find, so finding a repair kit might take some time, but they still exist on the web. If you purchase a repair kit or old used one that works, can swap out the inside, and have very nice ratchet to use sell.
